Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Oslava River valley and outcrops on its walls. This section embraces a basement (Svratka crystalline complex) and sediments of the western flank of the Boskovice Graben. Permocarboniferous sediments consist of conglomerates, siltstones, claystones and sandstones cyclically arranged. Sedimentologically and tectonically significant locality.
