Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Rocky ridge exposing medium- up to coarse-grained two-mica granite, popfyritic in places. Also occurrences of a pegmatite with large quartz and feldspar phenocrysts. Blocky jointing of a granite. Quartz veins are abundant. Interesting relief forms, felsenmeer (blocky scree) surounds this locality. Petrologically and geomorphologically interesting.
