Short characteristics of the site:
Abandoned quarry exposing metaconglomerates of the lower parts of the Mírov Formation. Rich pebbly material, mostly quartz and local clastic material appear. Petrologically interesting locality. Also a lithostratotype of the lower parts of the Mírov Formation. This locality is recommended for protection.
