Short characteristics of the site:
Abandoned quarry with outcrops of the Nivnice Formation of the Hluk Development of the Bílé Karpaty Unit. Together with sediments there are occurrences of sills of volcanites and some porcelanites. Stratigraphically and petrologically interesting locality classified as Nature Monument.
