Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Small quarry, temporary active. Outcrops of calcareous claystones and marlstones. They are overlain by sandy limestones and bluegrey limestones rich in silicate admixture. Rich assemblage of foraminifers in marlstones. Paleontologically and sedimentologically interesting locality.
