Geology
Short characteristics of the site: 
Outcrops in the river bank. Ropice Horizon and Těšín Limestone are exposed (Tithonian-Berriasian). They belong to the Lower Těšín Beds of the Baška Development of the Silesian Unit. Part of the slump body os exposed. Stratigraphically and sedimentologically interesting locality.
