Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
A rocky ridge with a small abandoned quarry. The ridge is formed by Proterozoic lydite (silicite), showing abrasion phenomena on its surface. It is overlain by basal Cretaceous sediments with shark remains and coprolites. A sedimentologically interesting locality.
