Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Natural outcrops and blocks. Exposures of a leucocratic muscovite granite extending along a tectonic zone. This granite is rich in phosphor and rare elements (Sn, Nb, Ta). This intrusion belongs to the youngest ones in the Moldanubian pluton. Radiometric age is 315 Ma. Petrologically important locality.
