Short characteristics of the site:
Natural outcrops and old quarries. Limestones of Zbirov Formation are exposed. Typical original karst morphology. In the limestones some intercalations of cordieritic schists and metasiltstones occur (Hodětín Schists). Stratigraphically and geomorphologically important locality.
