Short characteristics of the site:
A rocky ridge of quartzose sandstones of the middle part of the Jizera Formation (Middle Turonian). Sandstones are often cemented by iron compounds. Interesting mesoforms and microforms of sandstone relief. A geomorphologically remarkable locality.
