Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
The neoproterozoic silicite are preserved by selective erosion. The rock is predominantly grey with pink spots, mostly it is brecciated and secondary altered. Some relics of so called stromatolitic textures could be found inside brecciated matrix. It is believed that the rocks are connected with hydrothermal activity after Neoproterozoic volcanic activity (Stárková et al. 2018).
