Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Long rocky ridge called Kozí hřbet (the Goat Ridge). Polzenite dyke is responsible for this geomorfology. Polzenite extrusion modified geomorphology and moreover it ferrified surrounding Cretaceous sandstones. Traces of old iron mining workings are also present. Sandstones are of Upper Cretaceous age.
