Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
The group of giant rock bouilders in a forest. The rock consists of sillimanite-biotite-cordierite migmatite.Its original structure was changed by intensive partial melting. Lenses of restite rich in biotite lie in a granite looking rock which contains feldspars, biotite and cordierite, sillimanite, ilmenite and spinel. Axccessories are represented by rutile, apatite, zircon and turmaline. This locality belongs to the Central Moldanubian Massif.
