Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
This locality shows layers of alum schists within current Neoproterozoic schists with some pyrite. In the alum shales numerous secondary minerals are present, as result of pyrite weathering. They are represented mostly by sulphates and limonite. Nearby adit opening is mostly covered by stony talus. This adit is classified as a relic of old mining workings.
