Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Rocky cliffs, called "Brdce". Several outcrops in form of rocky cliffs made of typical lydites (silicites). They are severely fractured and transected by numerous veinlet networks. They are mostly black but with some multicoloured parts.Also tectonic polishing can be observed.
Such lydites (silicites) reoresent typical part of the Kralupy-Zbraslav Group of Barrandian Neoproterozoic.
