Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Barrandian Neoproterozoic. Natural outcrop on elevation showing deformed basalts with bands of sedimentary material. Primary material was cleaved and deformed into phyllitic shale up to greenschist with special mineral composition. Lanticular texture ios typical, plagioclase porphyroblasts together with biotite aggregates are present. GHreenish hornblende also occurs.
