Geology

This rock is fine grained, banded, with following main ropck minerals:Plagioclase, microcline, quartz, garnet and biotite. Also some sillimanite, cordierit, spinel and rare pyroxene occur. Distinct subhorizontal mineral foliation. Very instructive locality showing tectonic deformation of granulite of the Křišťanov Massif.
