Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moldanubicum of Šumava Mts, Central Moldanubian Massif. Dyke-like bodies of granite porphyry emplaced into durbachites of the Knížecí stolec pluton. Dyke thickness of from several metres up to several dozens of metres and length several hundreds of metres. The rock consists of phenocrystsls of plagioclase, potassium feldspar, quartz and biotite. The same minerals form rock ground mass.
