Short characteristics of the site:
Large abandoned quarry exposing medium-grained porpfyritic biotite granite up to granodiorite. This intrusive body belongs to the older phase of intrusion of the Krušné Hory pluton. Plagioclase phenocrysts prevail over K-feldspar ones. Petrologically interesting locality.
