Short characteristics of the site:
Moldanubicum, Šumava Mts. Outcrops of granitoids of Weinsberg type. These granitoids are porpfyric, with large feldspar phenocrysts. Relief modelling during glacial epochs, erosion of regolith, modelling of tors, frost-riven cliffs and similar rocky features.
