Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Brno Massif, Neoproterozoic. Abandoned quarry showing outcrops of a biotite granoidiorite in the eastern part of the Brno Massif. Common rock forming minerals, also hornblende is present, potassium feldspar is locally poikilitic.
