Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Hill formed of a skarn body erosionally isolated from less competent micaschists. Many traces of old mining. This skarn consists of Fe-rich pyroxene, quartz and cabonate, ore minerals are represented by magnetite, chalcopyrite, pyrite and some galenite. Many secondary minerals formed by a hydrothermal activity. Very interesting geological locality, showing also old mineral exploitation in this area.
