Short characteristics of the site:
Bohemian Cretaceous Basin. Old abandoned pit quarry, almost completely vegetated. Fine grained sandstones and with variable silty admixture belonging stratigraphically to the Jizera Formation. Carbonate concentrated into concretions in places. List of fossils available in literature. Bioturbation is abundant.
