Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moldanubicum, Šumava Mts. Small vegetated rocky outcrops exhibiting quartz diorite with orbicular texture. It represents local rock type occurring at a margin oof hornblende-biotite Světlice orthogneiss. Polished slabs of this rock are very attractive and are deposited in the National Museum at Prague.
