Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
The Krušné hory (Erzgebirge) Mts. Crystalline. The gabbro porphyry vein. This rock is dark grey with feldspar phenocrysts as large as 1 cm across. Basic plagioclase prevails, accompanied by potassium feldspar and abundant accessories (mainly ilmenite, magnetite and apatite).
