Short characteristics of the site:
This locality is represented by outcrops on slopes, overlooking the deep Berounka River valley. The outcrops exhibit the Neoproterozoic basement with typical greywackes and schists. They are cut by a system of veins of rhyolite. This locality belongs to the "Protected landscape area Křivoklátsko" and "Nature reserve". Geologically it represents a part of the Barrandian Proterozoic.
