Short characteristics of the site:
Interesting landscape showing two long stages of development. Schwarzenberg Flume, artificial terraces and relics of settlement remember former cultural landscape history. In recent times complex of wetland features formed on the Otov riverlet flood plain. The locality is classified as Nature Reserve and is situated in the Protected Landscape Area Šumava.
