Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
The ravine at a margin of the Zbečno settlement. About 3 m thick Quaternary dune occurs there. This loess is formed of mixture of clay and silt. Differently grained and coloured irregular layers alternate. Both lime nodules and claystone fragments are frequent in this loess.
