Geology

Short characteristics of the site: The road cut exposing a series of outcrops of the Neoproterozoic sediments. In them, layers of schists and siltstones alternate. Clay galls are abundant in some layers. Also veinlet of weathered subvolcanic rhyolite was found. All the rocks suffered only slight metamorphic changes.
