Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Svratka Crystalline. Small abandoned and flooded quarry. Variable petrologic composition of rocks. On one quarry face, pyroxene skarn with large garnet crystals occur, on the opposite side garnet-pyroxene skarn passing into erlans and biotite gneisses. At least three skarn types were described. Some of them contain hornblende and epidote.
