Short characteristics of the site:
The Bohemian Cretaceous Basin - Tertiary volcanics. Cretaceous calcareous sandstones are cut by a dyke of olivinic basalt. Cretaceous sandstones are locally covered by a Jizera terrace sandy gravel with quartz and chalcedony pebbles.
