Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Kutná Hora Crystalline. Rocky slope overlooking Výrovka valley. Bedrock consists of two-mica orthogneiss and granitized migmatite. In the central part of this area pegmatite vein 70 cm thick occurs. In the eastern part there are outcrops of the Cretaceous limestones, nearby Cretaceous conglomerates and fossiliferous marlstones are interesting. Accumulation of loess.
