Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Silesicum and Žulová Massif. Sand pit with proglacial sediments 15 m thick. Gravelly sands prevail, also sands with pebbles and gravels are present. Clasts of nordic provenance. Sediment structure evidences proximity of glacier front.
