Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Natural outcrop beneath the castle ruins. Basal conglomerate is exposed belonging stratigraphically to the Trutnov Formation. Sharp-edged clasts are mostly derived from the Krkonoše Crystalline. Sedimentologically interesting locality. This locality is situated in the Nature Park Hrádeček.
