Short characteristics of the site:
Narrow gorge with natural and artificial outcrops. Upper parts of the Lochkov Formtion are exposed with abundant and diverse fauna. Also Lochkov/Prag boundary interval is cropping out (approved as a stratotype of Lochkov/Prague boundary).
