Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moravosilesian Devonian and Culm, neovolcanics. Small elevation formed by Culm greyewackes and clayey shales of the Moravice Formation, cut by a body of basaltic neovolcanite. Its radiometric age is 20 mil. years. It possibly represents a volcano conduit. Its aphanitic groundmass contains phenocrysts of olivine and pyroxene. Some xenoliths of Culm sediments were also found.
