Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Siilesian and Subsilesian units, Godula development. Frost cliff and continuous series of outcrops. The Godula Formation consists of fine- and medium rhythmic flysch. Quartzose sandstones and subgreywackes are dominating among sediment types. They are calcareous and micaceous. Their soles are rich in bioglyphs and other sole structures. Clay interlayers are greyish and greenish, sometimes calcareous. Also a horizon of medium grained subgreywacke and coglomerate is present.
