Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Moravosilesian Devonian and Cuilm, karst caves. Large system of the Mladeč Caves in the Devonian limestones. Only part of this system has been surveyed, its part is accessible for public. Dripstone decoration. Unique finds of relics of so called Mladeč man belonging to the Auirignacien Culture. Locality of the European importance from karstological, paleontological and archaeological viewpoints.
