Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Natural gorge with numerous outcrops of quartzose sandstones of the Korycany Formation. Sandstones exhibit blocky jointing (Quadersandstones). They are mostly medium-grained and display common current bedding. Sedimentologically significant locality.
