Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
The hill Jelení hora (the Deer Mount) consists of porphyric biotite granite of Weinsberg type. In the upper part of this hill frost cliffs occur. Higher parts of the hill slope are covered with block fields. The locality is classified as Nature Monument and situated in the Nature Park "Novohradské hory - the Modernstronghold Mountains".
