Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Moldanubicum, magmatites. Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex. Nature monument. So called "the Kadov Balancing Rock" consisting of biotite and bioptite-hornblende granodiorite of Blatná type. One of the largest balancing rocks in the Czech Republic (3.5 x 3.5 x 1.5 m). Nice evidence of selective weathering of granites.
