Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Permocarboniferous od Central and Western Bohemia.Spoil dumps, relics after coal mining in the 19th century. Great variety of sediments can be found there: Sediments of basal parts of Carboniferous (Rednice Beds),sandstones, siltstones, claystones, siderite and pelosiderite concretions, tuffites and tuffs, coaly claystones, etc. Numerous relics of fossil flora of the Radnice Beds can be found.
