Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Krkonoše-Jizera crystalline. Hybrid granodiorite, folded, with partially resorbed gneiss. This locality shows several petrological varieties of resorbed two-mica granodiorite. First part consists of only slightly granitized rocks close to biotite gneiss with preserved foliation and folds, another part is represented by massive granodiorite with granitic structure and texture. There are either gradual transitions between the two types, or they are separated by faults.
