Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Krkonoše-Jizera crystalline. Small outcrop of alkali basalt dyke, 20 m thick and 400 m long. It intruded into N-S oriented fracture which separates Brtnice granite from Václavice granodiorite. Subhorizontal columnar jointing is visible.
