Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Krkonoše - Jizera crystalline. Contact of metadolerite sill with overlying chloritic and sericitic phyllites. Thick sill represents an evidence of Early Paleozoic volcanic activity. Traces of mineralization were also described. Rocks were subjected to metamorphic activity within the PT conditions of blueschist and later greenschist metamorphic facies.
