Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Zábřeh Crystalline. Abandoned quarries in a water flow valley. Fine grained massive amphibolites prevail there with occassional interlayers of migmatites and orthogneisses. Traces of partial melting of this amphpibolite. Steeply inclined folds can be observed. Important geological locality of the Zábřeh Crystalline.
