Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Old quarry with exposed picritic basalt granulates overlain by the upper parts of the Třebotov Limestone section and also Choteč Limestone. It covers a stratigraphic interval from the upper Dalejan up to part of the Eifelian. Characteristic fauna together with some terrestric floral remains.
