Geology
Short characteristics of the site:
Krkonoše-Jizera crystalline. Abandoned quarry with magmatites of the Lusatian region. Dolerite is exposed in this quarry (by sme authors also called diabas, norite and gabbronorite). This body is 800 m long and 45 m wide. Its southern contact with granodiorite is tectonic and the rock is crushed along this fracture zone.
