Short characteristics of the site:
A plateau "Starý mlýn" of coarse-grained sandstones of the Březno Formation (Cretaceous), rimmed by cliffs with rock cavities and pitted surfaces. Northern edge of the plateau shaped by a quarry with finds of index fauna (inoceramids).
