Short characteristics of the site:
A hill E of Šonov (648 m)- small rocks, big blocks and scree. - Andezitoide with hydrothermal mineralisation. Escape of warm air (mofette type) from some fractures. Volcanics belong to the so colled Uper Šonov Melaphyres (andesitoides). - The Olivětín Member, Broumov Formation.
